LIVERPOOL PROPERTY AGENTS BACKS NORTH WEST CANCER RESEARCH FUND

The firm, which is based in North John Street, will take part in a series of events during the next 12 months after making the Fund its designated charity for the year.
Dears Brack, which is 22 years old this year, has just launched its commercial estate agency, which offers bespoke property solutions for businesses, investors and property developers.
John Lewys-Lloyd, Chairman of North West Cancer Research Fund, said: �We are delighted to have entered into partnership with Dears Brack. There are strong similarities between us.� We are both based in Liverpool, but operate over North West England and North Wales.� The Fund has 40 voluntary committees in the region.� We are looking forward very much to working together to our mutual benefit in the coming year.�
Established in 1948, North West Cancer Research Fund is an independent regional charity.�
It makes �750,000 a year available for fundamental research into the causes of cancer and virtually all of this money is raised through voluntary efforts and donations.�
Throughout its 57 year history, an average of nearly 90p in every pound raised has consistently been spent directly on research.
Dears Brack was established in 1983 by partners Tom Dears and Peter Brack as a chartered surveyor and property consultancy firm with the residential agency launching in 2001.
Dears Brack has since built a reputation as the market leader in Liverpool for luxury city centre living.
